Set up in 2008, we quickly established ourselves as a reliable supplier to the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), becoming a prime contractor to DWP via the Jobcentre Plus Support Contract.

Our track record
We have established ourselves as a respected and high-performing provider of welfare-to-work programmes, helping more than 15,000 long-term unemployed customers to find work since 2009.
We successfully deliver back to work programmes as both a prime contractor and as a respected partner of choice, operating as a subcontractor with a wide range of prime contractors. We work with a range of customers and communities, providing support to help them move closer to the world of work. Our support isn’t always immediately work focused and, through our ‘life’ interventions, we support customers to resolve issues including health, finance, social isolation and education.
We use an array of measures and interactions to better enable our customers to engage with mainstream provision through local authorities and other agencies such as Jobcentre Plus. We deliver a variety of programmes as a prime contractor, including the New Enterprise Allowance scheme where we provide specialist support that enables unemployed customers to start their own businesses.
We also deliver a range of community-led programmes to young unemployed people aged 16-24, engaging with them in their communities, on their terms and progressing them towards employment. We deploy street-level engagement strategies, working alongside our sister company Pinnacle PSG in community locations, youth clubs and housing services, to deliver community events that will engage and enthuse young people.
