Katrina Whittaker Managing Director

Katrina has a vast experience of the Welfare to Work sector in both the public and private sectors and has been a significant player in its transformation over many years. In just two years Katrina has led Pinnacle People to become a major provider within the sector.  Her success is based on creating the right team of people, putting the customer at the heart of all we do, investing in an intelligent IT system and delivering exceptional outcomes.

Katrina will continue to build a strong and high achieving company through the next stage of Welfare to Work transformation through focusing on equipping and empowering Pinnacle Partners, challenging everyone to be the best we can be, innovating and continuously improving.

Zandra Bull Director

Zandra is responsible for our business blueprint, service design and our people.

Zandra brings nearly 20 years experience in the public and private employment sectors. Prior to joining Pinnacle People and developing their successful employment and training programmes, and attracting and retaining a first class workforce, she held a number of senior positions in business development, organisational development and HR.

Mike Rhucroft Director of Service Delivery

Mike is responsible for leading our delivery business which includes Pinnacle People Recruitment, Pinnacle People Enterprises and our frontline back to work services. His team works closely with employers to deliver genuine work and progression opportunities that change the lives of the customers we work with.

Mike began his career with Blue Arrow before moving into the Welfare to Work market, undertaking a number of operational senior management roles at Working Links, including establishing and leading the highly successful National Employer Solutions Team and National Skills Business.

A genuine desire to revolutionise welfare to work employer services to compete with high street recruitment providers led Mike to join Pinnacle People in 2008.

Jane Baxter Director of Partnerships

Jane is responsible for all the service delivery with Pinnacle Partners. Building on her remarkable success in leading partner delivery of the Jobcentre Plus support contracts in the last 16 months, Jane has also created the role of Partnership Managers who work across the Partner network supporting and enabling service delivery.   

Jane brings a wealth of experience in the design and delivery of community programmes and an uncompromising passion for ensuring our customer experience is first class. Her career spans operational, HR and business development roles in the public and private sector.

Lee Trappit Head of Pinnacle People Communities

Lee is responsible for our community programmes and initiatives. His team work closely with local organisations and groups to find solutions within communities. Lee joined Pinnacle People in November 2009 after several successful years within the Welfare to Work sector with Working Links.

Lee has a wealth of experience in delivering meaningful community projects across the country, promoting and empowering individuals to develop and grow.
