The customer journey is
intense. Over a period of three months we will take our customers
through a detailed coaching and training period, readying them for
work.
We offer professional,
personal mentoring for our customers, which doesn’t stop when they
get a job. Following their placement in a new role, we will keep in
regular contact to ensure our customers – and their employers –
have the smoothest start back into work possible.
