Future Jobs Fund Employee of the Week
14th May 2009
Pinnacle People's Future Jobs Fund programme continues to
attract attention for the work we are doing to create employment
opportunities for young people in London. Each week DWP
profile young people who are energising their careers with the
support of the fund.
Last week's Employee of the Week was Montana Bramble, who works
as a Administrative Assistant with Pinnacle Interim Management.

Bramble, Administrative Assistant with Pinnacle
Interim, London.
‘With no work experience, I found it hard to
find meaningful employment after leaving school. Working for
Pinnacle has given me a new lease of life. I feel so confident, and
proud of the work I have done here. I see working at Pinnacle as an
invaluable experience that will be a great stepping stone towards
whichever path I choose to take following University. I feel
privileged to be given this opportunity and shall continue to work
hard, both for Pinnacle and myself.’
Fiona Musticone, Business
Support Manager.
‘Montana was eager to fit in from day one and
got to know our team very quickly. She is polite, has a good work
ethic and a great sense of humour. Montana widens her skill base
and knowledge of the business every day. She consistently produces
a high standard of work, and is not afraid to ask questions to seek
further understanding of the business, or the task at hand. Montana
is a great asset to our team and a pleasure to work with.’
Our Future Jobs Fund programme has recently
doubled in size and expanded into Essex, Kent and the West Midlands
enabling Pinnacle to support another 200 young people into work
during the next few months.
